What we do?
The Bay Area Black Pilots Association activities include fly-ins, career day seminars for minority youth, media appearances
(informational), introduction to aviation (free plane rides), community outreach and networking with other pilots. BABPA
sponsors several fly-ins each year. These trips provide members an opportunity to practice cross-country
navigation and to enjoy each other’s company while exploring new destinations. The
membership also serves as a network of professional contacts for aviation related resources.
